Statement

multidisciplinary intermedia accumulation

The environments I make emerge from a synthesis of my experience and understanding. I incorporate multiple perspectives, methods and traditions.

The work is about defining order in chaos, mingling sense with nonsense, and tackling material while grappling ideas. The works are subjective expeditions in objective situations. They are statements in an endless discourse.
They are moments on a world stage.

I engage action and material to build semiotic representation by immersing in an environment while experiencing the process of construction. The work includes exploring diversity, experimenting with possible options within set boundaries, and analyzing how multiple elements function in a network of relationships.

... simply put, i think my stuff is cool... & interesting… & relevant …

A work of art is about life as it is lived and understood.

My work is an investigation of art as a discipline for understanding knowledge structures and human behaviors.

Cross-culturally and throughout history, art has been practiced and appreciated as significant to qualitative human experience.

It is our challenge to enable the arts to enhance experience and comprehension of our moment in history.

The arts as multifaceted and candid languages cultivate our communities and civilization.
