What is it exactly that I am doing with language, web, media? I am messing with them. I am looking at language. I am mixing it the way I would mix paint. And I do so like to mix my paint. I am placing it the way I place paint. I am layering it like paint. Mixing goo smearing and layering then scraping or scratching the surface to reveal covered layers. Looking at the structure of paint and language brings attention to process and media. Processing media. Media processing. Magic or encryption. Do you really want an explanation of what this work is about? What I know and do not know will either show or not, and what is obvious to some is invisible to others. The pacing emerges out of a combined effort author/artist & audience/viewer & environment/media. We function in the zone where we see or understand fragments or sections. Accepting this, knowing the multiplicity of things develops a sense that can identify continuity in the empty space between the lines.
